PWGR called me back the same day and came out to look the window over the next day. The window is in a wood frame with aluminum exterior. They warned me that the aluminum was difficult and there was a chance they couldn’t do the repair without bending the aluminum. They said it would be repaired in a week and took the window.
Exactly a week later they brought the window back and there was no wrinkle or issue with the aluminum. The color of the glass is an exact match.

Addil and his team have been out to my house a couple of times this past year. They’ve replaced cracked glass in the existing frame and replaced failed double pane windows (leaking double pane). Most places I called want to replace the entire window – a bigger sale for them. Few will repair windows. Addil is very easy to work with. For my jobs, he came out once to look at the job, take his measurements and order the replacement glass. Once he received the glass he called and we scheduled the repair date. Addil and his team are super courteous and conscientious being careful around the house and cleaning up afterwards. Its a pleasure to work with a real craftsman like Addil and I strongly recommend.
