Addil and his team have been out to my house a couple of times this past year. They’ve replaced cracked glass in the existing frame and replaced failed double pane windows (leaking double pane). Most places I called want to replace the entire window – a bigger sale for them. Few will repair windows. Addil is very easy to work with. For my jobs, he came out once to look at the job, take his measurements and order the replacement glass. Once he received the glass he called and we scheduled the repair date. We have lived on a golf course for the last two years and finally we had a golf ball go through one of our basement windows. After calling several window replacement “ specialists,” who did not show up at my home after saying they would, I called PRIORITY WINDOW GLASS REPAIR.. I was told the repairman would be at my home at 3pm that same afternoon. The repairman arrived promptly at 3pm took the measurements of the window and said the new glass would arrive the following week. Sure enough, the repairman called saying he had the new glass and could be at my home at 4pm that afternoon. At 4pm he was in my driveway he set up his folding workbench in my garage, covered his shoes with plastic booties replaced the glass, cleaned up the area around the window making sure there was no pieces of glass in the carpet , cleaned the repaired window , cleaned up the area he used in the garage. He was prompt, professional clean and very respectful. I highly recommend this company
