We have lived on a golf course for the last two years and finally we had a golf ball go through one of our basement windows. After calling several window replacement “ specialists,” who did not show up at my home after saying they would, I called PRIORITY WINDOW GLASS REPAIR.. I was told the repairman would be at my home at 3pm that same afternoon. The repairman arrived promptly at 3pm took the measurements of the window and said the new glass would arrive the following week. Sure enough, the repairman called saying he had the new glass and could be at my home at 4pm that afternoon. At 4pm he was in my driveway he set up his folding workbench in my garage, covered his shoes with plastic booties replaced the glass, cleaned up the area around the window making sure there was no pieces of glass in the carpet , cleaned the repaired window , cleaned up the area he used in the garage. He was prompt, professional clean and very respectful. I highly recommend this company

Addil and his team have been out to my house a couple of times this past year. They’ve replaced cracked glass in the existing frame and replaced failed double pane windows (leaking double pane). Most places I called want to replace the entire window – a bigger sale for them. Few will repair windows. Addil is very easy to work with. For my jobs, he came out once to look at the job, take his measurements and order the replacement glass. Once he received the glass he called and we scheduled the repair date. Addil and his team are super courteous and conscientious being careful around the house and cleaning up afterwards. Its a pleasure to work with a real craftsman like Addil and I strongly recommend.

My windows sealant broken and saw moisture inside two glasses, almost 7 windows got impacted due to sealant broken. I approached home depot and one more window company, came to my home and took 3 hours to give quote, we have to listen to them until we get quote. both said there is no way to replace the glass, you have to replace whole window. After some search I found “Priority Window Glass Repair company” talk to Adil around 11am, he understand my requirement and shown to my home same day 3 pm. Very friendly and provide me a quote during his visit, he took only 10 min max to give the quote. after accepted the quote, he took measurement and replace my glassed in 3 business days. We were told by a well-known big window company that the only option for our windows with damaged seals was to replace the whole window (which would cost us many thousands of dollars). Priority Window Glass Repair was able to assess our damaged windows from photos we shared via text, they confirmed that only the glass panes needed replacing, and they gave us a very reasonable estimate to come do the job. PWGR called me back the same day and came out to look the window over the next day. The window is in a wood frame with aluminum exterior. They warned me that the aluminum was difficult and there was a chance they couldn’t do the repair without bending the aluminum. They said it would be repaired in a week and took the window.

Exactly a week later they brought the window back and there was no wrinkle or issue with the aluminum. The color of the glass is an exact match.

I am really impressed that they were so responsive and did great work quickly.

Abil is professional, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. He was thorough and efficient both measuring the window glass and getting the exactly right low E argon filled glass unit we needed and installing it quickly. I will be calling Priority Window Glass repair and Abil again for our future glass needs.
